Pre Orders or placing your order for a backordered part or a new part not yet released. Pre ordering gets your name on parts being made in the next production batch.  ETA's vary and unfortunately our web site is not sophisticated enough to have current ETA shown but feel free to contact us and we will give you the most up to date time line on your parts order.

Shipping, Payment and Warranty Policies
Thank you for choosing SpeedyMoto, upon placing your order, you will be given a choice of shipping method. Normally we offer only UPS Ground for shipping within the USA, and USPS for overseas and international orders. You will receive notification from the SpeedyMoto shipping department and/or UPS showing your tracking number and estimated delivery date once your package has been shipped.

For all US shipments using UPS, please allow 6-10 business days for arrival.

For most international shipments, please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.

Note:
Please do not ask SpeedyMoto to declare YOUR ORDER as a "gift" or "warranty replacement" on the Customs Documents. All retail sales will be declared as "Retail Sale" which is the sum of all your products purchased. The Declared Value does not include the cost of Shipping. Falsifying Customs Documents is a crime that is punishable for up to 1 year in jail and a $40,000 fine.

You are responsible to pay all taxes and brokerage fees, which will be collected at delivery.

Orders with a value less than $200 USD are often ignored by many Government’s Customs Offices. However, you may still be required to pay your countries merchandising processing fee (Customs Duty) and/or domestic Tax.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from SpeedyMoto.com depend upon the method and option you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the products we offer are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Alternative Shipping Methods
If regular UPS Ground shipping will not be prompt enough for you, please contact us by phone at (503) 445.4368 or email orders@speedymoto.com for other shipping methods, i.e. Next Day, 2 or 3 Day Select.

Availability
We try our best to keep SpeedyMoto Products in stock at all times. If any product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you within 1-2 business days with your order status.

Payment
Our preferred method of payment is Visa, Master Card or American Express. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Orders paid with cashiers checks or money orders will ship only after checks have been received.

We gladly accept Pay Pal as well. Send Pay Pal payments to orders@speedymoto.com

It is our policy to charge your credit card only after your order has been shipped, except when using Pay pal.

Warranty

Should you need to send any of our products in to our facility for warranty or repair, please ship via UPS or Fed-Ex to our address and send it in along with your full name, return address, phone number and  email address.  Also include the reason for the return.
